Plant Controller

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : 

-Met en place l’organisation comptable et administrative selon les procédures de Lear Corporation.

-Met en place et applique le manuel comptable et de contrôle interne de Lear Corporation.

-Adapte de plan comptable à l’US GAAP.

-Participe à l’établissement des budgets annuels.

-Assure le suivi et le contrôle budgétaire.

-Supervise les achats et les coordonne avec la centrale d’achats Europe.

-Gère l’exécution de la paie.

-Suit les investissements et amortissements de l’entreprise selon les procédures en vigueur.

-Fait l’analyse et le suivi des contrôles des différentes composantes du cout de production, niveau de stock, fréquence de transport sur une base journalière, hebdomadaire et mensuelle.

-Coordonne de prévisionnel mensuel.

-Réalise le suivi des résultats par projet.

-Met en œuvre la comptabilité analytique et le contrôle de gestion.

-Consolide le compte d’exploitation analytique.

-Consolide le compte d’exploitation général.

Financial Analyst

The financial analyst will support the financial team to achieve common economic objectives of the plant, performing different controls and analysis (Overhead, Capex, Inventory), within deadlines in compliance with Sox and internal procedures. 

Your missions:

  • Elaborate the annual budget and monthly forecast. Additionally, make the corresponding walks to analyze the variances regarding the previous statements.
  • Build up the Gross profit report of the parts that are sold, in a weekly basic, and analyze the variances.
  • Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
  • Prepare and evaluate the profitability of the project approbation request, and ensure them approbation in the adequate level.
  • Insure daily operational report and improve data quality.
  • Insure Sales & GOGS monthly reconciliation.

Ingénieur Produit

Vos missions:

  • Analyser les plans techniques et assurer les faisabilités techniques
  • Gérer les modifications au niveau produit de la demande Client jusqu’à l’éxpedition du produit.
  • Créer les ECN sur SRM et suivi des open PO
  •  Assurer et fournir la formation nécessaire aux opérationnels suite aux modifications au niveau produit.

Ingénieur Qualité

Les missions :

  • Assurer les respects des délais de fermeture des QN et la qualité des 8D
  • Gestion de la qualité interne, animation des résultats qualité

Manufacturing Coordinator

Your missions:

  •  Coordinate Final Assembly area according to Lear and customers specifications respecting EH&S policy and 5S.

Ensure the optimal functioning of Lear equipment and infrastructures while taking care of our employee’s safety and environment. 

Your missions:

  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in Lear plant including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs

Engineer Car Leader Process

Your missions:

  • Car leader is the point of contact and Lear wiring plant representative for the Lead Unit Engineering Project Leader and Program Manager.
  • Coordinator of all plant departments and related functions during a program launch or engineering change implementation.

Missions : 

-Schedules production taking in consideration all the existing constraints and customer’s needs as priority.

The primary focus of the Manufacturing Quality Engineer is executing product and process controls per the control plan in conjunction with the plant’s production team. Lead 8D problem resolution process for internal and external raised concerns. 

Your missions:

Methods Engineer

Your missions:

-Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings

-Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering

Your missions:
