The Role: Store Commercial

Location:

As a Store Commercial; you will work closely with HQ merchandising and commercial teams and conduct qualitative and quantitative researches to understand the insights of customer and provide input to collection design, product allocation, replenishment and budgeting process.

  • Observing, investigating and finding out the customer expectations, needs, preferences, style, shopping motivations of customers, understanding the insight of different ‘personas’,
  • Performing customer segmentation for his/her store according to their clothing styles,
  • Analyzing sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise and implementing visual merchandising activities to increase the sales potential to achieve maximum sales,
  • Determining the ideal product mix of his/her store that fits perfectly to the periodical and occasional requirements,
  • Following up the current trends to forecast the sales potential,
  • Exploring, analyzing, determining and demanding the ideal product mix that should be in his/her store,
  • Cooperate with HQ merchandising team,
  • Evaluating and giving points (RANKS) to the future collections in terms of suitability of his/her store’s customer needs, expectations/preferences.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Language Skills

  • BS / BA Degree is a plus
  • Advanced English (written & verbal)

  • Fashion Retail experience or enthusiastic in marketing/ fashion retail career

Recruitement Specialist

Role:

  • Recruits the personnel for Country HQ positions in required qualifications in case there is vacancy in current positions or if additional staff is needed in compliance with the corporate procedures,
  • Enters data of recruitment and exit process to HR system
  • Plans and conducts all recruitment processes such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize the interviews, selection of the personnel, conducts reference checks of selected personnel before offers and provides long lists to store managers for store positions
  • Ensures that legal duties of recruitment process carried out, especially making necessary documents for registration of new personnel ready and forwards them to country Payroll team
  • Conducts all correspondences with the applicants in corporate format and in a timely manner during or after recruitment process
  • Follows and applies promotion programs for Store Manager, mid level and VM positions in the store as per the related procedures announced by HQ
  • Uses HR Recruitment and exit modules actively
  • Follows the probation period of new personnel and follows and sends the probation period surveys to the related managers.
  • Prepares statistical information required or ongoing projects etc. and reports to Head Office Recruitment Department
  • Handles all recruiting and staffing operations in the country in compliance with the corporate procedures and Country legislation.
  • Makes exit interviews with the personnel and reports to Head Office International Recruitment Department

Education & Language Skills

  • University Degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in English(both written & verbal)

Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at consulting firm or retailing
  • Preferably experienced in Assessment Center applications and competency-based interviews
  • Experienced in field of e-learning
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs

 Area Commercial Manager

The Role: Area Commercial Manager

As an Area Commercial Manager; you will lead the store commercial team in order to ensure differentiated customer demands, preferences and expectations specific to the region are identified based on different ‘persona’ types and communicated in a timely manner via proper processes with the HQ international store merchandising & product teams. To monitor and control the sales, stock allocation & merchandise replenishment processes to ensure all commercial criteria and projects agreed with the HQ Commercial and product teams are implemented in a timely manner up to the required standards in order to ensure maximum sales potential achieved within the specific region/country.

Job Description:

  • Sharing comments and ideas with HQ Product Teams to improve the collection development and product selection processes,
  • Liaising with the HQ Commercial & Product teams and establishing coordination between store commercial teams within his/her region,
  • Coordinating all the qualitative and quantitative researches within the region to find out the customer expectations, needs, preferences, style, shopping motivations and product demand of customers in terms of basic, commercial and trendy classification,
  • Understanding the insight of different ‘personas’, plan and allocation processes in a timely manner,
  • Determining and controlling the ideal product mix of all stores within the region, cooperating with HQ Merchandising team,
  • Following up the current trends for each ‘persona’ within the region and liaising with HQ Product teams,
  • Evaluating and giving points (RANKS) to the future collections in terms of suitability of his/her store’s customer needs, expectations/preferences,
  • Analyzing sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise and ensuring the implementation of visual merchandising activities to increase the sales potential to achieve maximum sales within the region,
  • Leading by example in excellent customer service,
  • Acting as mentor and train the Store Commercials,
  • Paying periodic and frequent store visits in the field for all Commercials within the region/country.
