Customer Care Specialist – Quality
Le candidat que nous recherchons sera placé au sein du département Quality et s’occupera indépendamment des activités suivantes :
– Assurer la surveillance des paramètres process et la qualité produit via des prélèvements périodiques
– Animer et piloter les équipes de résolution de problème
– Faire des visites sur les sites clients pour présenter /proposer les plans d’actions visant à améliorer la qualité des produits livrés.
– Gérer les non conformités et mettre en place des plans d’actions correctives.
– Assurer la communication et faire remonter les informations aux clients
– Participer à la mise à jour des documents qualité en lien avec la qualité des produits livrés (ex : plan de surveillance, AMDEC process)
– Identifier et évaluer les besoins des clients pour atteindre la satisfaction
Exigences de base pour occuper le poste :
– Bonne maitrise des techniques et outils qualité (AMDEC, SPC, PDCA, QRQ)
– Connaissance parfaite des procédures et modes opératoires applicables.
– Savoir argumenter avec des données factuelles (QQOQQCCP, 5W).
– Gestion des non conformités et mis en pl des plans d’actions correctives.
– Maitrise du SAP
Exigences préférentielles :
– Diplôme d’ingénieur d’état industrie
– Expérience similaire de 1 an minimum acquise dans un environnement Multinational en industrie automobile.
– Connaissance du français et de l’anglais
– Pack office Microsoft

Business Administration Support
The candidate we are looking for will be part of the Finance & Accounting department and will be responsible for:
– Maintain general and/or cost accounting until the balance sheet
– Check the consistency of accounting documents
– Create dashboards, monitor the cash flow budget, analyse flows
– Manage cash, and day-to-day banking operations
– Drawing up documents declaring to the administrations concerned in tax matters
– Check monthly VAT returns
– Process invoices, outstandings and reminders
– Produce accounting and legal documents (balance sheets, income statements, annexes, management reports)

– Maintain relations with financial partners and control bodies

Software Validation Engineer
The candidate we are looking for will be placed within the Electronic Division and will independently deal with the following activities:
– analysis and requirements review;
– test protocol definition and execution for checking the system functionalities;
– source-code verification by unit-testing and MISRA-C verification;
– trace and analyze the test result;
– bug-tracking (ie. JIRA or RedMine).
Necessary requirements for the position:
– degree in electronic or computer engineering;
– 5-10 years of experience in software verification and validation in real-time/embedded contexts;
– good knowledge of English and French.
Preferred requirements:
– experience in automotive, military, rail or bio-medical sectors;
– knowledge of black-box and white-box testing methodologies;

– Degree in Electronic Engineering;
– Experience in the design of embedded systems based on microprocessor;
