Responsabilités:

  • Prospecter et développer le portefeuille client par activité
  • Créer et suivre les leads jusqu’à l’aboutissement de la commande
  • Coordoner avec les ventes internes et administrer les ventes pour l’établissement des offres
  • Suivre les offres et des commandes en cours

Compétences et qualifications:

  • BTS en génie mécanique ou en automatisme industriel avec une première expérience en vente de fournitures industrielles. Idéalement en pneumatique.
  • Expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant que technico-commercial
  • Connaissances du marché du pneumatique au Maroc
  • Forte capacité de persuasion
  • Grande capacité d’écoute
  • Force de proposition
  • Connaissances techniques en pneumatique industrielle
  • Capacité d’organisation et d’autonomie
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression
  • Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques ACCES, Word Excel.

Senior IT engineer

  • Coordinate IT-related issues in Bosch offices above Equator
  • Internal Customer Relationship Management
  • Consulting end users, business leaders around IT products portfolio
  • Plan and follow-up the IT-budget
  • Plan, purchase (in coordination with Central Purchasing), install and maintain hard- and software
  • Train end users in hard- and software usage.
  • Act as regional responsible in IT rollout projects Assisting/supporting project teams with overall scheduling/planning and implementations
  • Hands on for central IT teams in the area of network / server / data center management
  • Representing CI within the region
  • Deciding about hard- and software usage
  • Ordering and supervising external companies for maintenance, voice & data and security
  • Enable / consult all internal customers within the region around IT

Competencies and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in IT
  • 5+ years’ experience in the field of IT (customer support, project management,systems administration)
  • Deep understanding of IT processes
  • Very good hardware and software knowledge, high customer orientation
  • High degree of flexibility, ability to switch between many different topics
  • Excellent business acumen, written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues across the organization at varying levels of seniority
  • Knowledge in programming and networking helpful
  • Enjoys Teamwork and collaboration.
  • ITIL foundation certification would be an advantage
  • Fluent English and French, Arabic

Regional Organization and Thermotechnology Controller

Responsibilities:

  • P&L Monthly reporting for North Africa legal entities and Thermotechnology Division
  • Month-end closing process in SAP system
  • Business Planning and quarterly forecast for Africa Region
  • Profitability analysis and continuous evaluation of risks and opportunities against plan / forecast
  • Business partnering: supporting in projects to better steer the business in Africa
  • Regional operation support, eg. setting up service agreements between African legal entities, support of General Manager of African legal entities in all controlling/reporting matters
  • Tracking of all relevant business KPIs (sales, gross margin, EBIT)

Competencies and qualifications:

  • Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Controlling/Finance/Business Analysis in multinational environment
  • International work experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, French and German is a plus
  • SAP systems knowledge and practice, preferably HFM
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, result orientated and able to deliver on time
  • High ability for accuracy and attention to detail

Protection/data Security and Privacy Trainee

Site Security check routines: 

  • Coordination with security guards in case of Emergency
  • Maintenance of security systems (Closed Circuit TV, Intrusion system, Access Control system)
  • Access Cards configuration for new hires
  • Monthly visit to DCMR “Bosch Rexroth” at Bouskoura, and CSO “Country Sales Office” at Belvedere for Site Security Maintenance

Information Security and Privacy check routines:

  • ISP “Information Security and Privacy” Inductions for New Hires
  • PIN Letters “Encryption Certificates” handover for RBMR “Robert Bosch Morocco”
  • Follow up Privacy declarations submitted to CNDP “National Commission for Data Protection”
  • Consulting and check the requirements following the local law 09-08 for new projects
  • Daily Support of users, and Clean Desk Inspections
  • Support during the C/AU audit

Competencies and qualifications:

  • Engineer or master level Network, or IT education
  • Fluent in English, French
  • Security Systems handling experience is a plus
